Shirley draws on experience in a large corporate, yet small development environment, amongst highly intelligent and technical experts. She had a technical career herself involving IT computer hardware design, and design automation development through the rapid development needs of large scale integration in 1980's.
Shirley will empathise with you, but will expect you to take action and monitor results, the monitoring and understanding being a fundamental output of coaching. Personal development is very important to her, and she aims to instil this desire in her clients.
