Coaching experience:

 

30 months in own small business: quite a learning curve from large corporate!

Spare time individual coaching since accreditation in 2004 until left
corporate job July 2005. Group coaching of project managers 2004-2005.

Thirty years' experience in the corporate sector (IT), including leadership
and management positions. Project manager 2000-2005. Making career or
life changes is in many ways similar to managing a project. Did you know
that  all projects are considered unique, need investigation of options to
define a plan, do risk management and monitor progress to a goal?
Projects commonly cope with changes in requirements and stakeholder thinking too!

She works with employees (company pays), individuals and business owners, mainly in engineering/IT, Finance industries and Sales.

Currently President at local Toastmasters group in Bournemouth. (See www.cottonwoodspeakers.org ). 'Competent Toastmaster' having prepared and delivered 10 speeches during 2004-2006. Come to Toastmasters for
a great way to learn public speaking.

 

Background:

Farming childhood, Engineering at Warwick University, Working at IBM (IT project management, 1st line management, hardware and software engineering and requirements management.) Used to analysing complexity and delivering results.

 

Education:

MSc in Software Engineering in 2000
